Letter From The Owner
Welcome From The President
"Listening to customers and paying attention to their needs is the most important thing I do."
Quality
It's easy to sell a product when you really believe it's the best. Toyota truly is a quality product and their newest addition...the Scion...take a place right next to it's founding nameplate. And I'm proud to stand behind it and offer the best automobiles on the market to valued customers like you. But in the car business, quality means more than the product you sell. It's also about the people who sell. My sales staff are some of the friendliest, most dedicated folks in the business. I wouldn't trust my customers to anyone else.
Customer Service
Listening to customers and paying attention to their needs is the most important thing I do. People have to feel comfortable when they walk into a showroom. My sales associates make sure that each customer has a low-pressure, but exciting car-buying experience, because that's what they deserve, and our customer service extends well beyond the sale of a car or truck. I strive to have the speediest, friendliest, and most convenient parts and service department around.
Relationships
Building relationships with people is a very big part of my business. I enjoy getting to know my customers, and I want them to return to Kenny Thomas' Olathe Toyota when it's time to buy another new or used car. My customers will find that I'm usually in the office seven days a week. If someone wants to talk to me personally, I want to be there for them. I think it's important to cultivate lasting relationships with my customers. That's what keeps them coming back.
"This is the only dealership I have. It's the only one I want. That's why I put everything I have into it."
Sincerely,
Kenny Thomas
President
